The Heart Behind the Scenes

From reservations to sales and just about everything in between, Blanca somehow keeps both Lala Serengeti and Lala Tarangire moving smoothly behind the scenes. Bright, capable, and incredibly dedicated, she handles a huge responsibility with impressive confidence – despite still being one of the youngest members of the wider team.

Starting out as an intern, she has grown into an essential part of Lala, learning quickly, adapting constantly, and proving herself every step of the way. Our office Gen Z star, and one we’re very proud of.
